As an online shop we are open 24/7 for taking your orders!
We have office support for any queries relating to your online shop on any normal working day (normally Monday – Friday) from 9 am – 5 pm. Our offices are not open on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Please note that as we are a small company there may sometimes be delays in responding to your queries. Email or phone us if necessary and we will endeavour to get back to you at the earliest opportunity – normally within 1-2 working days of receipt.
