2022 CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DATES:
Last orders for delivery in time for Christmas (delivery Christmas Eve) must be made by 2pm Monday 19th December when ordering with Standard Delivery, or by 12pm Thursday 22nd December when ordering with Next Day Delivery.
Any orders received after this will be dispatched on the next available shipping date, which is Wednesday 28th December (date of receipt will depend on type of shipping purchased): Orders placed between 12pm Thursday 22nd December and 2pm Wednesday 28th December will be dispatched on the 28th of December. After this we will still be taking orders online, but they will not be shipped until our warehouse reopens fully on Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Delivery Charges
Postage is FREE on orders over £40 and £4.95 on orders under £40 to all UK addresses excluding the Channel Islands.* The charge for next working day delivery is £5.95.

Courier Information
If your order is shipped to you by DPD their normal delivery times are between 8.30 am & 6 pm Monday to Friday. However, at busy times (normally Christmas) they may deliver your order to you later in the evening . You cannot select a delivery time, but you can opt to have the parcel left in a safe place or with a neighbour of your choosing. Please be aware that once your order has been consigned to the courier that it is not possible to change the delivery address (normally after 3pm on the next working day after your order (which may be the same day).
All our services aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 working days from dispatch, although from time to time delivery of both UK and International orders may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example: Customs delays, adverse weather conditions or increase in demand.
International Deliveries
International deliveries are sent via DHL on a 3 working day tracked service.
We cannot deliver to a small selection of locations around the world, but overall we are able to deliver to most destinations.
Pricing
The cost of shipping to you will will be calculated on the checkout pages prior to confirming your order. The cost will depend on the weight, size and quantity of the goods ordered in addition to the location of the delivery address. We do not make any profit on the cost of shipping goods to you and are therefore unable to offer discounted delivery charges.
Delivery Times
Normally overseas shipping takes 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Dispatch will be made on the same working day if your order is received by 2 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
Any delays in delivery are typically due to external factors such as issues with delivery, but we will assist you with locating goods if needed. Please email us at: boutique@houseofmarbles.com and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Furthermore, Customs may inspect goods prior to delivery. In order to avoid any further delays, please provide a valid recipient telephone number – this number may be required by local customs and delivery agents.
International deliveries may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees. For orders placed on our website, we make every effort to include the applicable duty and tax, however there may be additional local duties and taxes that you may need to pay in order to receive the goods. *The Channel Islands: This is classed as an overseas delivery by our UK Courier DPD, and will be sent via our International Courier, DHL. When sending to these locations please select the island name as the Country in the drop-down menu (i.e. Jersey, Guernsey) as there is an additional charge involved & we cannot send through Royal Mail. Any orders where this has not been done will not be accepted.
Additional Information
Russia: Our International courier, DHL, are unable to deliver goods to a domestic or PO BOX address in Russia, only a commercial property. If you need to ship to Russia, then please provide a business address.
