Social Media Competitions Terms and Conditions

We always have the intention to run our competitions as fairly as possible. Prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form offered. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

House of Marbles reserve the right to change, amend or withdraw the offers at any time.

If, upon the day of the competition draw, our staffing situation changes we reserve the right to draw within a week of the closing date.

Please be aware entrants must be aged 18 years and over to be eligible for our competitions.

The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook within 28 days of the closing date, however we are aware that some social media privacy settings may block communication. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and give it to the next randomly selected winner. If it is a prize that can be posted, we will.

No additional, further or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless stated – for example, the costs of transport to and from the venue for an experience onsite, such as a meal in our restaurant, or a glassblowing experience. If it cannot be used within a reasonable time frame as specified by House of Marbles it will become invalid. No monetary vouchers or alternative will be offered.

The voucher or winnings are website specific. For example, it can only be redeemed from the website or physical shop/department in which it was offered.

Where prizes offered are children’s products please be aware that some items may not be suitable for certain age ranges.
